Colleen Quinn serves as the Director of Clinical Outreach for Burning Tree. A licensed counselor and Burning Tree Ranch alumna, she brings firsthand experience with chronic relapse and the power of long-term recovery. After multiple treatment attempts, she found lasting sobriety at Burning Tree, shaping her dedication to helping others do the same.

With a career spanning roles as Counselor, Program Manager, and Executive Director, Colleen now connects families and professionals with effective treatment solutions. She lives in South Florida, and plans to learn kite surfing in 2025, embracing the perseverance and adventurous spirit that have shaped her recovery journey.

History With Burning Tree

A Burning Tree Ranch alumna, Colleen’s relationship with the organization began as a client before she joined the clinical team in 2020. She served as a Clinician at Burning Tree Ranch before stepping into her current role as Director of Clinical Outreach in 2025 — a progression that reflects both her deepening expertise and the breadth of her career, which has spanned roles as Counselor, Program Manager, and Executive Director.

Colleen Quinn serves as Burning Tree’s bridge to the broader treatment community. Based in South Florida, she works with families and professionals across the country to connect individuals struggling with chronic relapse to the long-term, progress-based treatment Burning Tree provides. Her outreach is grounded in clinical credibility as a licensed counselor and in the firsthand understanding of addiction and recovery she carries as a Burning Tree alumna.

That combination — professional training and lived experience — gives Colleen a perspective that resonates with the families and referral partners she serves. She knows what chronic relapse looks like from the inside, and she knows what it takes to find lasting sobriety, because she has done both.
